The Bistro is led by Chef Christian Baez who grills the fish, vegetables, and infuses local foods like tostones and ceviche into the daily menu. Dining is available beachside “La Palapa” or in a more elegant dining area with a pool side view. The bars offer a variety of specialty cocktails with a focus on local rums and beers. The bartenders make sure the cocktails are strong and do not disappoint!

 The Tranquil Spa at Sublime is adorned with orchids and greenery and offers a variety of services including massages, facials, wraps and also a brand new authentic Temascal (Mexican Sauna). This sauna offers physical and mental healing powers leading back to the theory that coming back to mother earth and the maternal womb is where we come back to heal and be reborn. Treatments are available for singles as well as for couples. My treatment choice was the house favorite the “coconut whisper” which uses coconut products to bathe, moisturizer, massage the face and body and offers a fresh coconut, in the shell, drink when done to complete the service.
