Whitney Port hosted an evening in New York City last week to introduce Goodnessknows squares. These low calorie treats are filled with fruit, nuts, and chocolate and at 150 calories for the whole package provide an easy and wholesome snack to get you through the day.

The event was a curated Goodness Market where fitness and health gurus were on hand to explain the importance of nutrition and exercise to enhance our well being.

As the brand ambassador Whitney Port explained her devotion to the brand and how this product supports her healthy lifestyle.
